Nestled in beautiful countryside in the attractive village of Plymtree just a short drive off the A373 Cullompton to Honiton Road – we are really easy to find. The Blacksmiths Arms is a traditional village pub with a garden/covered outdoor space and where the atmosphere of true village life is very much alive. CAMRA has selected The Blacksmiths Arms for several years in their Good Beer Guide.
A little bit about us....
We stock a range of local Ales and have an extensive wine cellar where our wines are chosen from around the world to reflect regional differences and tastes. Supplier: Christopher Piper Wines.
We are a Dog Friendly Pub however all dogs must be kept on a lead. Please see open times on contact page before booking.
We continue to operate our Take Out Service. CLICK ON TAKE OUT MENU on the top display bar. As our menu is diverse and all home- made please do give us as much notice as possible. If you order on the day your choices may be limited. Take-out is available Wednesday to Saturday 5pm - 8pm. Sunday Roast available 1pm -5pm. Sunday Roast should be ordered by the Friday evening prior. Thank You for all your Support.
Please advise Chef of any allergies at time of booking. We cook in an open kitchen environment using allergens throughout our menus. Although care is taken at all times, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination. In addition, our external suppliers cannot guarantee that supplied products have no traces of nuts.
